Here, the Government has a site that will show you a general map of just about anyplace. Use this site to determine the GPS coordinates for someplace you want to go four wheeling. Click the Map to go to the Tiger Map site:

Second, go to TopoZone site to get Topographic maps online. Hint: the GPS coordinates from the Tiger Map Server come in very handy for this!
